Uberall Review 2026: Pricing, Features, Pros and Cons

A capable multi-location marketing platform with a real 4.3 on G2. The catch is access rather than capability: quote only pricing, no free trial, and a reported 25 location minimum that decides the whole evaluation before any feature comparison.

The 4.3 comes from G2, where reviewers are verified and the sample size is stated. Ratings move, so check the listing before relying on it. We build a competing product, so we have not added a score of our own on top. If you want the 2 products lined up feature by feature instead, we put that in GBPPromote vs Uberall.

Uberall is a multi-location marketing platform for enterprise brands, and it scores 4.3 out of 5 on G2 from 148 verified reviews. Listings, reviews, local social, local pages and analytics genuinely do sit in 1 system. The catch is access rather than capability. The main platform is quote only with no free trial, packages have been reported to carry a 25 location minimum, and several things buyers assume are included sit behind add-ons.

What is Uberall?

Uberall multi-location marketing platform overview
One central system for listings, reviews, local social, pages and analytics.

Uberall is a multi-location marketing platform founded in Berlin in 2013 that manages local online presence from 1 central system: listings, location data, reviews, local social, store locators, local pages, analytics and AI search visibility.

Its audience is businesses running multiple physical locations. Restaurant chains, retail, franchises, healthcare, banks, automotive and hotels. The company has raised more than $140 million, powers over 1.3 million locations, and grew partly by acquisition. MomentFeed and SweetIQ were both absorbed into the current platform, which matters when reading older reviews, because some describe MomentFeed rather than what exists today.

What Uberall covers

  • Business listing management across 150 or more directory integrations
  • Location data management as a single source of truth
  • Customer review management and AI assisted responses
  • Local social media publishing with brand templates
  • Store locator experiences and local landing pages
  • Performance analytics compared across locations
  • AI search visibility through GEO Studio
A worked example. A restaurant business with 300 locations would otherwise need its marketing team to update hundreds of Google Business Profiles by hand, respond to reviews individually, fix directory listings, manage local social pages and maintain hundreds of location pages. With Uberall most of that runs from 1 dashboard.

So Uberall is less a Google Business Profile tool and more a broad local marketing system built for large location networks.

How does Uberall work?

The workflow is the same regardless of size. Add locations, complete the data, connect directories, publish, manage reviews and content, then measure. Available features depend on your plan.

Step 1: Open the dashboard

The Uberall dashboard showing location performance and outstanding tasks

You land on a summary of how locations are performing across visibility, reputation, engagement and overall location performance, with tasks needing attention highlighted. For a multi-location company this is the point of the platform. The marketing team does not open every individual profile just to find out what is happening.

Step 2: Add or import business locations

Uberall Locations Hub showing multiple business branches

This is the most important part of setup, because the location database is the central source of business information and everything downstream depends on it. Larger brands work at scale, with bulk location updates via Excel or API. A restaurant group with 250 branches uploads its existing database once rather than building the same structure 250 times.

Step 3: Complete the location information

Managing location information centrally inside Uberall

Name, address, phone, website, categories, regular hours, holiday hours, description, services and images for each location. If 1 restaurant closes at 10pm but Google shows 11pm, customers arrive to a locked door. Multiply that by 300 locations and it becomes an operational problem, not a data problem.

Step 4: Connect Google and other directory profiles

Uberall connecting business locations to search engines, maps and directories

Uberall links location data to Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook, Yelp and the rest of its network of more than 150 directory integrations. This is what makes it a listings platform rather than a database.

Worth knowing before you plan a timeline. You still need the required profiles properly claimed and connected. Individual platforms have their own verification and publishing requirements, and this is where implementation time usually goes.

Step 5: Check listing status and profile completeness

Uberall highlighting incomplete profiles and listing issues

Uberall shows the condition of your listings: incomplete information, sync problems, duplicates and verification issues. A company might discover that 180 locations are fully optimized, 25 have missing descriptions, 12 have incomplete hours and 8 have sync issues, without checking any of them manually.

Step 6: Update business information from 1 place

Updating location details and opening hours across multiple locations in Uberall

Changes made inside Uberall distribute to connected platforms, and bulk editing covers hours, descriptions, services and images. A retailer changing Sunday closing from 8pm to 7pm across 100 stores makes 1 change rather than 100. This matters most during holidays, temporary closures and store openings, the moments when inconsistent data does the most damage.

Step 7: Monitor and manage customer reviews

Uberall review management dashboard bringing reviews into one place

Reviews come into a centralised workflow so teams monitor and respond from 1 place where supported. AI Bulk Replies lets teams generate, review, approve and manage responses at scale. A hotel chain receiving hundreds of reviews over a weekend can find what still needs a reply and prioritise serious complaints on Monday morning.

Step 8: Use AI to prepare review responses

Uberall generating AI-assisted review responses for team approval

The AI considers review sentiment, rating, business name, customer name where available, category and language when generating a response. The newer UB-I agent can also prepare responses for approval.

Human approval is required by design. UB-I follows a human in the loop model, so users approve, change or reject suggestions before anything publishes. That is good for brand control and a real constraint if you wanted replies posting automatically for chosen star ratings. Confirm this against your own workflow before buying.

Step 9: Create and publish local social content

Creating and scheduling local social content across business locations in Uberall

Centralised creation, scheduling, location specific publishing, brand templates and local customisation. This solves a real tension for multi-location brands: corporate wants brand consistency while individual stores want locally relevant content. Head office builds a campaign for all locations, a branch publishes its own event, both within brand guardrails.

Step 10: Build store locator and local pages

Uberall Locator and Local Pages helping customers find nearby locations

Locator and Local Pages create store locator experiences and individual pages per location, designed for both traditional search and newer AI driven discovery.

Check your quote on this one. Locator and Local Pages have been reported as a separate add-on rather than part of the base package, and a lot of buyers assume pages are included. If a store locator is a main reason you are buying, get it in writing.

Step 11: Use UB-I to find tasks and opportunities

Uberall UB-I identifying location marketing tasks and recommended actions

UB-I is the most interesting recent addition to Uberall. Instead of the marketing team hunting for every issue, it monitors location information, reviews and profiles and identifies what needs improvement, then prioritises and prepares recommended actions. That shifts the workflow from checking dashboards to having the platform point at the work.

Step 12: Measure performance in Analytics

Uberall Analytics comparing local marketing performance across locations

Impressions, website clicks, calls, direction requests, reviews, ratings, engagement and conversion by location. One location might get a lot of Google views and very few direction requests while another has fewer impressions and a much stronger conversion rate. The team can then investigate the difference rather than guessing.

How much does Uberall cost in 2026?

The Uberall main platform is package based and quote only, with no public rate card and no free trial. GEO Studio is the exception, with published pricing at $109 and $449.

Verify before purchasing. Package names, add-on structure and the location minimum come from publicly available sources at the time of writing, and Uberall changes packaging. Confirm directly.

What the final Uberall cost depends on

  • Number of locations
  • Features and package selected
  • Add-ons required
  • Business size and markets covered
  • Integration and enterprise requirements

2 companies can receive very different proposals depending on location count and requirements. For a fixed comparison point, GBPPromote pricing is published: $16 for 1 location, $37 flat for 2 to 7, and $5.33 per location from 8 up, with no minimum and every feature on every plan.

The 3 things to press on in a quote. Which add-ons are and are not included in the number you were given. Whether the location minimum applies to you. And whether you can verify the platform before signing, since there is no trial. A quote for Stand Out is often not the product buyers picture.

What is the Uberall G2 rating?

Uberall scores 4.3 out of 5 on G2 from 148 verified reviews. G2 is the only source with meaningful volume. Trustpilot has fewer than 10 reviews, which is too small to express as a score.

SourceRatingHow to read it
G24.3 / 5, 148 reviewsThe credible source. Enough volume to see patterns, and G2 verifies reviewers. This is the number to use
TrustpilotNot scoredFewer than 10 reviews. Too small a sample to be a rating, though worth reading individually
Google reviewsNot a product signalThe Uberall Google profiles cover its offices, not its software

How the G2 rating breaks down

The distribution matters more than the average, because it shows whether 4.3 comes from broad satisfaction or a split camp.

StarsShare of reviewers
5 stars66%
4 stars25%
3 stars4%
2 stars1%
1 star2%

That is a healthy shape. 91% of reviewers land at 4 or 5 stars and the 1 star tail is small, so this is not a polarised product. Most customers are satisfied and the criticism clusters in specific areas rather than general dissatisfaction.

How Uberall compares to its peers on G2

PlatformG2 ratingReviewsHow to read it
SOCi4.5 / 53,279Much larger sample, franchise social focus
Synup4.5 / 5306Higher score, per location pricing, no minimum
Yext4.4 / 5873Marginally higher on nearly 6 times the reviews
Uberall4.3 / 5148Slightly below peers on a smaller base

G2 ratings as at August 2026 and they move. Check each listing before relying on the comparison.

The honest reading. Uberall is well liked but not distinctly better rated than its alternatives, and its review base is small enough that a handful of new reviews shifts the number. Do not choose on a 0.1 difference. Choose on fit.

What do Uberall users actually say?

G2 tags review themes automatically, which is more useful than reading 12 reviews yourself. Praise clusters on centralisation and ease of use. Criticism clusters on reporting and setup.

Most mentioned positives

  • Ease of use, 46 mentions. The most cited strength by a wide margin
  • Centralised management, 35 mentions. One change, every location
  • Location management, 26 mentions
  • Customer service, 22 mentions
  • Customer support, 21 mentions

Most mentioned negatives

  • Reporting issues, 12 mentions. The single biggest complaint
  • Setup challenges, 10 mentions
  • Linking issues, 9 mentions. Connecting to existing profiles
  • Improvement needed, 8 mentions
  • Complex usage, 8 mentions. At odds with the ease of use praise

The tension between ease of use at 46 mentions and complex usage at 8 is not a contradiction. Day to day operation is straightforward. Configuring the platform and getting reporting to answer a specific question is not.

G2 sub-scores back this up: network directory management 9.1, Google Business Profile optimization 9.1, users and permissions 9.2, social publishing 8.8, but campaign optimization at 7.2, noticeably lower than the rest.

The complaints worth taking seriously

2 operational issues recur, both about the platform not quite being the single source of truth it presents as. Reviewers describe changes made in Uberall not always propagating to the Google profile, requiring a manual second edit. And reviews not always being marked resolved after a reply is posted, needing manual housekeeping. Neither is fatal, but both undercut the core promise.

A detailed agency review on Trustpilot from January 2026 is more critical. That reviewer reports that Uberall keyword rank tracking showed number 1 positions that did not match what they observed in Google Maps and the local pack, which for an agency showing reports to clients they describe as unusable. The same account states review management capability was presented as including AI assisted replies and cross directory responding, and that in practice replies had to be handled manually.

That review deserves both weight and caution. Weight, because rank tracking accuracy is verifiable and an agency has no incentive to invent it. Caution, because it is a single account on a platform with fewer than 10 reviews, and the Uberall G2 profile does not show the same pattern at scale. This is 1 customer’s experience, not an established finding.

What to do with it. During evaluation, pick 3 locations and check the reported rank against a manual search from a real address in each catchment. If they match, the concern does not apply to you. If they do not, you have found it before signing rather than after. That test takes 20 minutes and is worth running against any vendor, including us.

Uberall pros: where the platform performs well

The first major strength is scale. A business running hundreds or thousands of locations needs fundamentally different software from a company managing 3 stores. The second is breadth, because instead of 1 local marketing task it brings several together.

Where Uberall genuinely delivers

  • Multi-location management. Large networks controlled through centralised workflows
  • Listings management across 150 or more integrations
  • Centralised reviews. Large volumes become monitorable and answerable
  • AI support. UB-I assists with reviews, content, optimization and visibility
  • Local social publishing at scale with brand guardrails
  • Local pages and store locator. Every location gets a dedicated webpage
  • Enterprise analytics. Performance compared across locations
  • AI visibility tracking. GEO Studio monitors newer AI search environments

Why that combination matters

  • One system, not 5. No separate workflow per part of location marketing
  • Bulk updates are fast. The most consistently praised capability in user feedback
  • Permissions are strong. G2 rates users and permissions at 9.2
  • European coverage. Berlin founded, and it shows in directory relationships across France, Germany, Spain and Italy
  • GEO Studio is ahead of the curve. Few enterprise platforms track AI search visibility yet
  • 80 or more languages on AI replies, which matters for global brands

So the biggest Uberall advantage is not 1 individual feature. It is bringing many multi-location marketing activities inside 1 platform, which is worth a great deal at 500 locations and very little at 5.

Uberall cons: things to consider before buying

A strong feature set does not make it right for every business. The issues are mostly about access and expectation rather than capability.

Commercial constraints

  • No published pricing. The core platform needs a custom quote, which makes quick comparison difficult
  • No free trial or free plan. You commit before you can verify anything works on your own locations
  • Reported 25 location minimum. If it applies, small chains and most agencies are excluded before any feature discussion
  • Add-ons stack. Sentiment analysis, benchmarking, local pages and messaging have all been reported as separate lines
  • Implementation is slow. Setup challenges recur in G2 feedback, with onboarding reported at several weeks and in some cases around 60 days

Capability gaps

  • No geo-grid rank tracking. Performance scoring is a proxy for visibility, not a map position
  • Reporting flexibility. The single most common complaint. Region level views often mean CSV exports
  • Sync is not always instant. Reviewers report changes needing a manual repeat in Google
  • Integration gaps. Reviewers cite missing connections including Zapier and various CRMs
  • AI replies never auto-publish. Good for control, a constraint if you wanted automation
  • Breadth you may not use. Teams mainly interested in Google Business Profiles will not touch much of the platform
Geo-grid tracking is worth singling out. Google Maps rankings change street to street. A location can rank 1st at the shopfront and 11th 4 miles away, and a single average hides that entirely. You can run a free local rank check with no account to see whether the gap matters to you.

Who should use Uberall in 2026?

Uberall makes most sense for companies with genuinely complicated multi-location operations, and its value increases sharply with location count. A small local business can manage its information directly. A national franchise with 800 locations has a completely different problem.

Uberall fits

  • Large franchises and restaurant chains
  • Retail companies and hotel groups
  • Automotive brands and dealership networks
  • Banks and financial organisations
  • Healthcare networks
  • International brands across multiple markets
  • Enterprises managing hundreds of locations

Look elsewhere if

  • You run fewer locations than the minimum on your quote
  • You are an agency with many small clients, not 1 large brand
  • You need to try software before committing budget
  • You need to be live this month, not this quarter
  • Most of your local discovery happens on Google alone
  • Map pack rank tracking is the metric you manage against
  • You need location pages without paying for an add-on
The scale test. Correcting opening hours across 5 stores by hand is inconvenient but manageable. Correcting them across 800 locations and dozens of online platforms is a serious operational task. Uberall is designed for the second situation, and priced for it.

Businesses focused mainly on profile management across franchise locations may also compare the GBP management tool for franchises.

What is the best Uberall alternative?

GBPPromote is the best Uberall alternative for businesses whose local demand arrives through Google. It covers profile management, geo-grid rank tracking, reviews, citations and reporting at a published price with no location minimum and a free trial, which is the exact combination Uberall does not offer.

A local SEO agency usually cares far more about Google Maps rankings, geo-grid scans, client reports, profile optimization, reviews, citations and competitors than about store locator development or enterprise social workflows.

Uberall vs GBPPromote

Both operate in local marketing but approach it from opposite directions. Uberall is broader. GBPPromote is deeper on Google, published, and available from 1 location.

The bolded Uberall rows are there deliberately. Its directory reach, local social publishing and live messaging are genuinely better, and if any of those is central to your plan then Uberall is the right platform. Everything else on that table goes the other way, and it goes there at a published price with a trial attached.

Put simply: a global retail company with 2,000 stores may prefer the broader approach. A local SEO agency managing profiles for 100 client locations wants rank scans, reviews, citations and reporting, and can have all of it today for $533 a month with no sales call.

Final verdict: is Uberall worth it in 2026?

Uberall is worth it for organisations managing large location networks that will genuinely use the breadth. The 12 step walkthrough above shows the real strength: listings, location data, reviews, AI assisted responses, local social, local pages, store locators, analytics and AI visibility genuinely do sit in 1 system.

The product earns its 4.3 on G2. 91% of reviewers land at 4 or 5 stars, bulk updates are genuinely fast, and UB-I suggests a company thinking ahead rather than reacting. GEO Studio matters too, because few enterprise platforms track AI search visibility at all yet.

The problems are almost entirely about access and expectation. Pricing is quote only, so budgeting requires a sales cycle. There is no trial, so you commit before you can verify. Add-ons mean the tier you were quoted may not be the product you pictured. And reporting flexibility is the 1 capability complaint that recurs often enough to plan around.

Buy Uberall if you run a large location network, want 1 platform across listings, reviews, social and pages, and have the internal capacity for a real implementation project.

Choose GBPPromote if you are below the minimum, need to try before buying, need to be live this week, or if your local demand is overwhelmingly Google. GBPPromote does more of the work you actually need, at a published price, from 1 location, with geo-grid rank tracking Uberall does not offer at all.

Do not choose software because it has more features. Choose the platform that makes the work your team already does faster, simpler and easier to measure.

Frequently asked questions

What is Uberall?
Uberall is a multi-location marketing platform founded in Berlin in 2013 that manages local online presence from 1 central system. It covers listings, location data, reviews, AI assisted responses, local social publishing, store locators and local pages, analytics and AI search visibility. It powers more than 1.3 million locations and sells mainly to enterprise and mid-market brands in retail, hospitality, healthcare, automotive and financial services.
How much does Uberall cost?
Uberall uses package based pricing with no public rate card, so companies request a quote. Packages include Show Up and Stand Out, with further functionality sold as add-ons. Final cost depends on location count, features, package, add-ons, markets and integration needs. GEO Studio is priced separately and published, with GEO Starter at 109 US dollars and GEO Scale at 449. Confirm current pricing directly before purchasing.
What is the Uberall G2 rating?
Uberall scores 4.3 out of 5 from 148 verified reviews on G2, with 66 percent giving 5 stars and 25 percent giving 4. For context, Yext is 4.4 from 873 reviews, Synup 4.5 from 306 and SOCi 4.5 from 3,279. So Uberall sits marginally below its peers on a considerably smaller review base. Ratings move, so check G2 directly before relying on the number.
Does Uberall have a free trial?
No. There is no free plan and no free trial on the main platform. Evaluation runs through a demo and a sales conversation with pricing quoted afterwards. If trying software before committing matters, GBPPromote, BrightLocal and Synup all offer self serve access. Ask Uberall for a paid pilot on a subset of locations if you want to verify before a full rollout.
Does Uberall have a minimum number of locations?
Packages have been reported to require a minimum of 25 locations. If that applies to your quote it is the most decisive fact in the evaluation, because it rules the platform out for single location businesses, small chains and most agencies managing many small clients. Confirm the current minimum directly, since packaging changes.
How does Uberall work?
Add or import your locations, complete the business information for each, connect Google and other directory profiles, then check listing status and completeness before distributing updates centrally. From there you manage reviews with AI assisted responses, publish local social content, build store locator and local pages, use UB-I to surface tasks, and measure results in Analytics.
What is UB-I in Uberall?
UB-I is the Uberall AI agent for location performance. Rather than requiring the team to hunt for problems manually, it monitors location information, reviews and profiles, identifies areas needing attention such as missing information, incomplete profiles or unanswered reviews, prioritises them and prepares recommended actions. It follows a human approval model, so users approve, change or reject suggestions before anything publishes.
Does Uberall manage Google Business Profiles?
Yes. Google is part of the Uberall listings network, so business information is maintained as part of a broader centralised strategy across more than 150 directory integrations including Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook and Yelp. Uberall also supports Google Posts as part of its local content workflow. It does not offer geo-grid map rank tracking.
Does Uberall do geo-grid rank tracking?
No. Uberall offers keyword and performance reporting but not geo-grid map rank tracking, which scans a grid of points across a catchment to show position from each one. Because Google Maps rankings change street to street, agencies running local SEO campaigns usually need that depth and either pair Uberall with a dedicated tracker or use a Google first platform such as GBPPromote instead.
What is Uberall GEO Studio?
GEO Studio is the Uberall product for AI search visibility. It monitors whether your locations surface in AI generated answers, benchmarks you against competitors inside LLM responses, and publishes AI readable local content. It is priced separately with GEO Starter at 109 US dollars and GEO Scale at 449, and it is 1 of the few enterprise offerings addressing AI search directly.
Does Uberall manage customer reviews?
Yes. It offers centralised review monitoring and responses, AI assisted replies, AI Bulk Replies for working through volume, sentiment insights and other reputation features. Note that sentiment analysis and AI bulk replies have been reported as sitting behind the Reviews Plus add-on rather than the base package, so confirm that in your quote. AI replies never publish automatically, because the platform requires human approval by design.
Is Uberall worth it in 2026?
Uberall is worth it for organisations managing large location networks that will genuinely use the breadth. It is poor value if you run a small number of locations, if most of your local discovery happens on Google alone, or if you need to start quickly, because there is no trial and implementation commonly takes weeks. Pay for an enterprise platform only when your team will actually use the extra capability.
What is the best Uberall alternative?
GBPPromote is the best Uberall alternative for businesses whose local demand arrives through Google. It covers profile management, geo-grid rank tracking, reviews, citations and reporting at a published price of 16 US dollars for 1 location, 37 flat for 2 to 7 and 5.33 per location from 8 up, with a 3 day free trial and no location minimum. Yext suits wider publisher reach, SOCi suits franchise social, and Synup offers per location pricing with no minimum.
Does Uberall handle business listings, local SEO, reviews and social content across hundreds of locations?
Yes. Listings, local SEO, reviews and social content are all covered, and Uberall is sold to brands running hundreds of locations. Listings are the part it does best. Reviews and local social publishing are centralised in the same system. The local SEO part is listing accuracy and local pages. GBPPromote covers the Google Business Profile side of those 4 jobs, with unlimited team seats included. GBPPromote does not push your record out to hundreds of directories, so choose Uberall if that reach is what you are buying.

On the 4.3 rating. It comes from G2, where reviewers are verified, and the sample size of 148 is stated alongside it. Distribution, sub-scores and peer comparisons were checked in August 2026 and ratings move, so check the listing before relying on the number. We have not added a score of our own on top, because we build a competing product.

On the Trustpilot account. The critical agency review described above is 1 customer’s experience, not an established finding. It is included because rank tracking accuracy is verifiable, and it comes with a test you can run yourself in 20 minutes against any vendor.

On the pricing. Package names, add-on structure and the 25 location minimum come from publicly available sources and Uberall changes packaging. Rows marked verify in the alternatives table carry figures we have not confirmed against the vendor’s current pricing page.
