Why most tools get expensive

They charge for every account you connect. Four networks means four charges, for every business you look after.

If you are aYou look afterAccounts to connectWe charge for
Freelancer1 business4 accounts1 business

Franchise or brand20 locations80 accounts20 locations

Connecting Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile for one business is four accounts. Most tools count that as four. We count it as one business.

Adding a network should not cost you anything.

Most schedulers treat GBP as one more icon

It is not a social network, and a tool that treats it like one produces posts that get rejected.

Sending a social caption to Google

What goes wrong

  • Phone numbers in the text, which Google bans outright and calls phone stuffing
  • Hashtags and emoji that do nothing on a GBP post
  • The important line buried past the first 100 characters, where Google cuts it off
  • No call to action button, because social posts do not have them
  • Images sized for a feed rather than for Google’s crop
  • Offer and Event content posted as a plain update, losing the dates and the styling
What our composer does instead

GBP rules applied before it publishes

  • Warns on phone numbers in post text before it reaches Google
  • Shows you the first 100 characters as Google will preview them
  • Offers the right post type: What’s New, Offer or Event
  • Attaches the correct call to action button per post
  • Checks image size against Google’s own minimum and maximum
  • Keeps the social version and the GBP version separate, from one draft

One correction worth knowing. Almost every guide still says GBP posts expire after 7 days. Update posts now last about six months, and Offer and Event posts run to their end date. That changes how often you actually need to post, and most tools are still built around the old rule. See the current post rules.

How you would use it

Same tool, three different jobs. Pick the one that sounds like you.

How you set it up
  • Connect every location’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile in one go
  • Save location groups by region, brand or franchise tier
  • Set brand rules and a shared media library so every branch uses approved assets
  • Turn on approvals so a local manager drafts and head office signs off
A typical week
  • Head office writes the national campaign once
  • Pushes it to all 40 locations, with the GBP version carrying a call to action button
  • Three locations swap in a local offer, the rest run the master post
  • The calendar shows which branch has gone quiet, before anyone notices externally

The problem it solves: consistency. Every location stays active without a social person at each one.

How you set it up
  • Connect each client separately, so their accounts never mix
  • Add clients one at a time as you win them, with no minimum to start
  • Add your whole team at no extra cost, since there is no per-seat charge
  • Switch on white-label reporting with your logo and colours
A typical week
  • Batch a month of content for every client in one sitting
  • Unlimited posts, so a busy client month costs you nothing extra
  • Upload it by CSV rather than typing each post
  • Client approves from their own login before anything publishes
  • Forward the monthly report without rewriting it

The problem it solves: margin. You are not paying per connected account, so taking on a fourth network for a client costs you nothing.

How you set it up
  • Connect your own Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile
  • One business is fine. There is no location minimum
  • Use AI to draft posts when you do not know what to write
  • Set a recurring schedule once and leave it running
A typical week
  • Sit down once, write four posts, schedule the month
  • The Google Business Profile version gets the right post type and button automatically
  • Post something manually the day you have news, without breaking the schedule
  • Check what published and what it did, in one screen

The problem it solves: time. Most owners stop posting in week three. A schedule that runs itself is the difference.

How it works

1

Connect once

Link Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile for every location. Bulk connect rather than one profile at a time.

2

Write the master post

One composer. Add the image, the copy and the link, then let each network inherit it.

3

Adjust per network

Hashtags on Instagram, a call to action button on GBP, a longer version on LinkedIn. Same draft, tailored output.

4

Pick locations and schedule

All of them, a region, a franchise tier, or a handful. Set the time and it publishes without anyone logging in.

What you get

Built for people managing ten locations, not one Instagram account.

♾️

Unlimited posts every month

No monthly post cap and no credits to run out of. Post once a week or five times a day, on as many accounts as you have connected.

⏱️

Schedule it, or post right now

Queue a month ahead, or publish immediately when something happens today. Posting manually does not break the schedule already running.

✨

Write it with AI

Stuck on what to say. Describe the update and get a draft for each network, with the Google Business Profile version written to Google’s rules rather than as a social caption.

📄

Bulk schedule by CSV

Plan a quarter in a spreadsheet, upload it once, and every post lands on the calendar. The fastest way to fill a month for many accounts at a time.

📝

One composer, every network

Write once and publish to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile. Per-network customisation without writing the post four times.

📅

One calendar for every location

See at a glance which locations have content scheduled and which have gone quiet. That gap is usually the whole problem at scale.

🏢

Location groups

Post to all locations, one region, one franchise tier or a hand-picked set. Groups are saved, so you are not reselecting 40 checkboxes every week.

✅

Approvals before publish

A local manager drafts, head office approves, then it goes out. Nothing reaches a client location without a person signing it off.

🖼️

Shared media library

Brand assets in one place so every location uses the approved image rather than whatever is on someone’s phone.

🔁

Recurring and evergreen posts

Set a cadence and let it run. Seasonal reminders, opening hours changes and standing offers publish on schedule without anyone remembering.

📊

Reporting per location

What published, where, and what it did. Rolled up for head office and split by location for the person who actually runs it.

🏷️

White-label reports

Your logo, your colours, your domain. Agencies can forward reporting to clients without rewriting it.

👥

Unlimited team members

No per-seat charge on any plan. Add the whole team, including the franchisees who post for their own branch.

Who this is built for

One business or two hundred. The tool is the same, the setup is what changes.

🏬

Franchises

Head office sets the campaign, franchisees adapt it locally, and approvals stop anything off-brand reaching a customer.

Frequently asked questions

Which networks can I schedule to?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile are live today. X is coming soon. Every network is included in the per-location price rather than charged as a separate connected account.
Can I post to all my locations at once?
Yes. Write the post once, pick the locations, and it publishes to every selected location across every selected network. Send the same post everywhere, or adjust the wording per network before it goes out. Location groups let you save a region or franchise tier so you are not reselecting 40 checkboxes each week.
Do I pay extra for social scheduling?
No. Social scheduling is included in the platform price. You pay per location, and Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile are all in that. There is no per-network fee and no charge per connected account, so connecting four networks costs the same as connecting one.
How is this priced compared with normal social schedulers?
Most social schedulers charge per connected account or per seat. Connecting four networks for one business counts as four accounts on that model, and it multiplies with every business you look after. We charge per location, with every network included, so adding a network costs you nothing.
Does it handle Google Business Profile properly?
Yes, and this is the part most tools get wrong. GBP is not a social network. It has its own post types, its own call to action buttons, a 1,500 character limit with only about the first 100 visible, and a content policy that bans phone numbers in post text. Our composer applies those rules rather than sending a Facebook caption to Google and hoping.
How long do Google Business Profile posts stay live?
About six months for What’s New posts. Offer and Event posts disappear when their end date passes. Many guides still say seven days, which has not been true for some time and changes how often you actually need to post. See the current rules.
Is there a limit on how many posts I can publish?
No. Posts are unlimited every month on every plan. There are no credits to run out of and no cap that forces an upgrade in a busy month.
Can I post immediately instead of scheduling?
Yes. Publish right now when something happens today, or queue a month ahead. Posting manually does not interrupt a schedule that is already running.
Can AI write the posts for me?
Yes. Describe the update and get a draft for each network. The Google Business Profile version is written to Google’s rules rather than as a social caption, which matters because GBP has its own post types, character limits and a policy banning phone numbers in post text.
Can I bulk upload posts from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Plan a month or a quarter in a CSV, upload it once, and every post lands on the calendar. This is usually the fastest route when you are filling a schedule for many accounts at a time.
Can I customise a post per network?
Yes. Write the master post once, then adjust each network before it publishes. The GBP version can carry a call to action button while the Instagram version carries hashtags, without writing the post twice.
Can my team approve posts before they publish?
Yes. Route posts through approval so nothing reaches a client location without a person signing it off. This matters most for franchises, where a local manager drafts and head office approves.
Is there a limit on locations or team members?
No location minimum and no per-seat charge. Add as many team members as you need on any plan, including franchisees posting for their own branch. Pricing scales with locations, not with people or connected accounts.
