ReviewTrackers Review 2026: Pricing, Features, Pros and Cons
An enterprise reputation platform, and a good one. More than 150 review platforms in 1 dashboard, plus NLP theme analysis that tells you what customers keep mentioning. It does not do rank tracking, and it has been acquired twice in 4 years.

Verified August 2026. No star rating is shown on this page and none is in the schema. We build a competing product, so scoring ReviewTrackers out of 5 would be our opinion dressed as data. An earlier version of this article gave it 4.4 and gave ourselves 4.9, with nothing behind either.
ReviewTrackers is an enterprise reputation platform, and a genuinely good one. It pulls reviews from more than 150 platforms into 1 dashboard, adds NLP theme analysis that tells you what customers keep mentioning rather than just that your rating moved, and serves more than 60,000 multi-location businesses. 2 things most reviews miss. It is review-only, so no rank tracking, no profile optimisation and no citations. And it has been acquired twice in 4 years.
We build GBPPromote. Our previous version of this article understated the platform count and left the ownership out entirely. Both are corrected below.
What is ReviewTrackers?

An enterprise reputation management platform that collects reviews from more than 150 online platforms into 1 dashboard, with response tools, alerts, request campaigns and NLP driven analysis. Founded in Chicago in 2012.
The scale is worth stating because the old version of this article did not. ReviewTrackers serves more than 60,000 multi-location businesses across more than 175,000 locations. This is not a small tool, and pretending otherwise would not survive a reader’s first search.
- Review monitoring across more than 150 platforms. Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor and many industry specific sites
- Response from 1 inbox, with status labels and team assignment
- Instant alerts by rating, keyword or source
- Review request campaigns. Email, SMS, QR, links and micro-surveys
- NLP theme analysis. What customers keep mentioning, not just the rating
- Google questions and answers monitoring
- Review widgets for your own site
- Listings features for keeping business information accurate
- Multi-location reporting and benchmarking
Who owns ReviewTrackers now
2 acquisitions in 4 years. InMoment bought ReviewTrackers in June 2022. Press Ganey Forsta bought InMoment in May 2025. It is now a subsidiary of a subsidiary.
| Date | Event | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| 2012 | Founded in Chicago | Independent for a decade, and built the install base it still has |
| June 2022 | Acquired by InMoment | Folded into InMoment’s experience improvement platform |
| May 2025 | InMoment acquired by Press Ganey Forsta | ReviewTrackers becomes a subsidiary of a subsidiary |
Why this belongs in a review rather than a footnote: acquired tools in this category get absorbed into the parent platform, repriced, or eventually retired. It has happened repeatedly. Uberall absorbed MomentFeed and SweetIQ, and older reviews of Uberall still describe products that no longer exist under those names.
But if you are signing a multi-year multi-location contract, ask 2 questions first. What is the product roadmap under the current parent, and what happens to your terms if the product is merged into the parent platform. Those are reasonable questions and a confident vendor will answer them.
How ReviewTrackers works: a 6 step walkthrough
A reputation loop built for scale. Set up locations, connect sources, monitor, respond, request, analyse.
Step 1: Create the workspace and add locations

Set up the organisation, add each location with bulk upload for large estates, invite teammates with roles, and set brand rules so replies stay consistent across whoever is answering. The role and permission layer is built for an enterprise structure, with regional managers seeing their own locations and head office seeing everything.
Step 2: Connect review sources

Connect Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor and the rest of the 150 or more supported sources, with near real time syncing into 1 dashboard.
Step 3: Monitor from the dashboard

Brand health at a glance: average rating, review volume, response rate and time, and top themes, with benchmarking across locations. Instant alerts route low-star reviews to the right manager by rating, keyword or source.
Step 4: Reply with AI assistance and templates

AI suggested responses tuned to review sentiment, which you personalise and can save as reusable templates.
Step 5: Request reviews from customers
Branded campaigns by email and SMS, plus QR codes, links and micro-surveys, timed to send while the experience is fresh. This closes the loop from monitoring into generation, which several reputation tools do not.
Step 6: Analyse with NLP and report

The natural language processing engine reads review text and surfaces recurring themes by category, tracking how often each appears and whether sentiment around it is moving. See the next section, because this is the feature that justifies the price.
NLP theme analysis, the feature that justifies the price
Most tools tell you your rating fell. ReviewTrackers tells you what customers keep mentioning, and across thousands of reviews that is a different kind of information.
Natural language processing reads the free text of your reviews and identifies recurring themes: wait times, staff attitude, pricing, cleanliness, parking, whatever your customers actually raise. It then tracks how often each appears and whether sentiment around it is improving or deteriorating.
This is the clearest reason enterprises choose ReviewTrackers over cheaper review tools, and it is a real capability rather than a repackaged sentiment score. Nothing in GBPPromote matches it, and it would be dishonest to imply otherwise.
The honest limit: theme analysis needs volume to be useful. A single location collecting 15 reviews a month will not get much from it, because the patterns are not there to find. This is a feature that earns its keep across hundreds of locations and thousands of reviews, which is exactly who the product is priced for.
Pricing: what is actually published
3 plans and 6 add-ons are published on the pricing page. The widely quoted 89 dollar entry point is historical, so verify the current figures directly.
| What we can say | Status | What to do about it |
|---|---|---|
| 3 plans and 6 add-ons published | Confirmed | An earlier version of this article said no tiers were published. That is no longer true |
| Around $89 a month entry point | Not confirmed | Widely quoted across the web and in our own earlier version, but we could not verify it against the live page |
| Multi-location and enterprise rates | Custom quoted | The published entry figure tells a 50 location operator very little |
Pricing structure confirmed August 2026. Per-plan figures not verified in this pass and therefore not quoted as current. Check reviewtrackers.com before budgeting.
2 things are worth saying about the shape of the pricing rather than the numbers. Six add-ons means the plan price is unlikely to be the final price. That pattern shows up across this category and it is always worth asking which of the 6 you actually need. And multi-location pricing is generally custom quoted, so an entry figure is close to useless for planning an estate.
Ratings and user feedback
Listed across the major directories with generally positive sentiment. We are not quoting scores we could not verify.
| Source | Status | Why it is worth checking |
|---|---|---|
| G2 | Listed | The most useful source for this product, since its buyers are mid-market and enterprise, which is G2’s reviewer base |
| Capterra | Listed | Carries the feature list and pricing detail. Historically strong feedback on support and review collection |
| Software Advice | Listed | Detailed accounts of reporting and insight features from people running them at scale |
| Our score | None given, deliberately | We build a competing product. An earlier version gave ReviewTrackers 4.4 and gave ourselves 4.9, with nothing behind either. Both are gone |
Directory listings confirmed August 2026. Individual scores not verified in this pass and therefore not quoted. Check each platform directly.
Pros and cons
What comes up positively
- Breadth of source coverage. The most consistent theme. Reviews from everywhere in 1 place
- Speed of alerts. Rated highly for catching problems quickly
- Reporting and insights. NLP themes cited as genuinely actionable
- Support quality. Frequently praised
- Multi-location handling. Built for it, and it shows
What comes up negatively
- Cost for smaller operators. The recurring complaint from anyone below enterprise scale
- Interface depth. Feature rich, with a learning curve to match
- Some replies not in the app. Certain platforms require going to the source site
- Limited niche integrations compared with broader platforms
- Review-only scope. Users note they still need separate tooling for local SEO
Where it genuinely delivers
- More than 150 review platforms. The widest coverage in this category by a distance
- NLP theme analysis. What customers keep mentioning, tracked over time. Nothing in GBPPromote matches this
- Proven at scale. More than 60,000 businesses and 175,000 locations
- Enterprise reporting. Per location benchmarking built for a regional structure
- Fast, routable alerts. By rating, keyword or source, to the right manager
- Complete request loop. Email, SMS, QR, links and micro-surveys
- Industry specific sites covered. Healthgrades, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, where Google-only tools go blind
- Still growing. Coverage went from about 100 sites to more than 150 despite 2 ownership changes
Things to consider before buying
- Review-only. No rank tracking, no profile optimisation, no citation building, no posting beyond questions and answers
- Priced for enterprise. The historical 89 dollar entry point is steep for a single location doing reviews alone
- Six add-ons. The plan price is unlikely to be the final price
- Custom quotes above entry level. Multi-location pricing needs a sales conversation
- Some replies not in the app. Confirm which of yours
- 2 acquisitions in 4 years. Worth asking about roadmap and contract terms
- NLP needs volume. Little value below a few hundred reviews a month
- Overkill if your reviews are mostly on Google. Most of the 150 sources go unused
That last point is the one most likely to apply to you. If 90 percent of your reviews arrive on Google, you are paying for breadth you will never touch.
Who should use ReviewTrackers in 2026?
The fit here is unusually clear cut: where do your reviews actually arrive?
ReviewTrackers fits
- Enterprises whose reviews arrive across many platforms, not just Google
- Hospitality, with TripAdvisor, Booking.com and Expedia alongside Google
- Healthcare, with Healthgrades, Vitals and Zocdoc
- Multi-location operators with hundreds of sites
- Anyone with the review volume to make NLP themes meaningful
- Organisations that already have local SEO handled elsewhere
Look elsewhere if
- Most of your reviews are on Google, because you are paying for unused breadth
- You run 1 location or a handful
- You also need rank tracking, optimisation or citations
- Your review volume is too low for theme analysis to find patterns
- You want 1 subscription rather than a stack
- You need published, predictable pricing without a sales call
All 45 GBPPromote features

GBPPromote runs 45 features across 7 categories, from geo-grid rank tracking through to a 1-click website builder, and connects to Claude and ChatGPT so you can ask questions about your own locations in plain language.
So the useful question is not which is better but which problem you have. Reviews arriving across many platforms is ReviewTrackers’ problem to solve, and it solves it better than we do. Google visibility, profile quality and the reviews that come with it is ours.
Rank and visibility
7 tools- Local rank checker, free, no account
- Local pack rank tracking, scheduled geo-grid scans
- Service area business rank tracker, for businesses without a storefront
- Keyword research, local terms worth ranking for
- Competitors spy, what rivals changed, not just where they rank
- AI visibility tracker, your brand across 6 AI search engines
- Location local rank full report, the complete picture per location
None of this exists in ReviewTrackers. No geo-grid, no local pack tracking, no keyword research, no competitor tracking, no AI visibility. It is a reputation platform and rank measurement is outside its scope entirely, which is the clearest single difference between the 2 products.

Reviews and reputation
10 tools- AI review reply, custom prompt, your tone
- Template auto reply, your own written responses
- Template auto rotation, so 40 replies never read alike
- Review request automation, email sequences
- Centralised reviews management, every location, 1 inbox
- Review alerts, instant, per rating
- Review widget, display reviews on your own site
- Magic QR code, smart review collection
- Feedback QR and AI QR code, capture before it goes public
- Survey QR, build with AI, collect by QR, summarise
This is the 1 group where the 2 products genuinely overlap, and ReviewTrackers is stronger on breadth. It monitors more than 150 platforms. This is Google focused. What differs here is template rotation, which nobody else has, and auto-posting replies by rating. Its NLP theme analysis has no equivalent here at all.

Profile automation
10 tools- Auto post, set it once, it keeps running
- Auto media dripfeed, photos released on a schedule
- GMB post scheduler, offers, updates, events
- GMB media scheduler, images and video queued
- Optimization, find gaps, fix from the audit screen
- Bulk optimization, apply fixes across every location
- Bulk update, hours, services, attributes at once
- Smart tasks, the platform tells you what needs doing
- Profile protection, catch unwanted third-party edits
- Brand consistency, flag locations drifting off-brand
Also absent from ReviewTrackers. It monitors Google questions and answers but does not post, optimise profiles, run bulk updates or protect listings from third-party edits. This whole group is outside its product boundary.

Listings and citations
3 tools- Citation management, build and fix across 100 or more directories
- Boost citation, accelerate distribution
- Local business schema, structured data for your own site
ReviewTrackers has listings features for keeping business information accurate, so this is partially covered rather than absent. What differs is citation building across 100 or more directories rather than accuracy monitoring.
Web presence
5 tools- Store locator, embed a find-a-store map
- 1-click website builder, a local site from your profile
- AI location pages, an indexable page per location
- Multi social media scheduling, beyond Google Posts
- Private media library, customers upload photos via a link
The private media library solves a real operational problem. Getting current photos out of franchisees or store managers is usually a chase. A link they can upload to removes the chase.
Reporting and agency
5 tools- Local SEO reporting tool, client-ready, white label
- Multi location report, the whole estate
- Portfolio report, every client in 1 view
- Location trend report, movement over time
- GMB audit tool, agency pitching and onboarding
ReviewTrackers reporting is built for a bigger organisation than ours. Per location benchmarking across hundreds of sites with role based access for regional managers is genuinely enterprise grade. What differs here is portfolio reporting across every client in 1 view, which suits an agency rather than a head office.

Platform and integrations
5 tools- MCP connector, ask Claude or ChatGPT about your locations
- Google Analytics connector, website traffic alongside profile data
- Zapier integration, route alerts anywhere
- Add team members, roles and permissions per location
- Multi language, replies and content beyond English
No equivalent in ReviewTrackers. The MCP connector lets your own AI assistant read your location data and answer questions in plain language. Worth noting the other way round: ReviewTrackers NLP theme analysis has no equivalent here, and at enterprise review volume it is a more sophisticated piece of analysis than anything we offer.

The honest summary of that list
45 features is not automatically better than 15. Breadth only counts if you use it, and a single location owner will touch perhaps 10 of these.
Where it matters is which problem you actually have. If your reviews arrive on 6 platforms and you have local SEO covered elsewhere, ReviewTrackers is the right purchase and a feature count is beside the point. If your reviews are mostly Google and you also need ranking, optimisation and citations, 1 platform covering all of it is the cheaper and simpler answer.
ReviewTrackers vs GBPPromote
Not really a head-to-head. ReviewTrackers does 1 thing across 150 platforms. GBPPromote does 7 things on 1 platform. The overlap is a single feature area.
| Area | ReviewTrackers | GBPPromote |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Enterprise reputation platform | Google-first local SEO platform |
| Review platforms covered | More than 150 | Google focused |
| NLP theme analysis | Yes, recurring themes tracked over time | Not offered |
| Scale | 60,000+ businesses, 175,000+ locations | No location minimum or ceiling |
| Enterprise reporting | Per location benchmarking, role based | Portfolio, multi-location and trend reports |
| Review requests | Email, SMS, QR, links, micro-surveys | SMS, WhatsApp, email and QR |
| AI review replies | AI suggested, personalise and send | Custom prompt, template rotation, auto-post by rating |
| Google questions and answers | Monitoring | Not automated |
| Geo-grid rank tracking | Not offered | Scheduled scans, competitor positions |
| Profile optimisation | Not offered | Optimization, bulk update, smart tasks |
| Citations | Listings accuracy features | Building across 100 or more directories |
| Posting | Not offered | Auto-post, media dripfeed, scheduler |
| Profile protection | Not offered | Catches third-party edit suggestions |
| Store locator, pages, website | Not offered | All included |
| AI assistant connector | Not offered | Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your locations |
| Pricing | 3 plans and 6 add-ons, custom above entry | $16 for 1, $37 flat 2 to 7, $5.33 from 8 |
| Free trial | Limited or by arrangement | 3 days, no card |
| Ownership | InMoment, then Press Ganey Forsta | Independent |
Put simply: a 400 site hotel group with reviews on 6 platforms should buy ReviewTrackers. A dental group with 30 locations whose reviews are 90 percent Google and who also needs to rank should not. They would be paying enterprise prices for coverage they never use, and still buying a second tool.
What each costs
A precise price table would be misleading here, because the current per-plan figures are not published in a form we could verify and multi-location pricing is custom quoted.
| Area | ReviewTrackers | GBPPromote |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing structure | 3 plans and 6 add-ons, custom above entry | Published per location, no add-ons |
| Entry point | Around $89 widely quoted, verify live | $16 for 1 location |
| 10 locations | Custom quote | $53.30 |
| 50 locations | Custom quote | $266.50 |
| 100 locations | Custom quote | $533.00 |
| What is included | Reviews only, add-ons extra | All 45 features at every price |
| Second tool needed | Usually, for local SEO | No |
ReviewTrackers pricing not fully verifiable at the time of writing. The 89 dollar figure is widely quoted but we could not confirm it against the live page. GBPPromote at $16 for 1, $37 flat for 2 to 7, $5.33 each from 8 up.
The comparison that actually means something: if you need multi-platform reputation and local SEO, price ReviewTrackers plus a local SEO tool against 1 platform. If you need multi-platform reputation only, we are not a substitute and the price gap is irrelevant.
Final verdict
ReviewTrackers is the best multi-platform reputation tool in this review series, and it is barely competing with us. Saying that plainly is more useful than manufacturing a head-to-head.
The walkthrough above shows a mature, well built reputation loop: more than 150 sources into 1 inbox, routable alerts, AI assisted replies, request campaigns across 5 channels, and NLP theme analysis that tells you what customers keep mentioning rather than just that your rating moved. At enterprise review volume that last one is genuinely valuable and nothing in GBPPromote matches it.
2 things this review adds that others miss. It is review-only, so no rank tracking, optimisation, citations or posting, and most buyers run a second tool. And it has been acquired twice in 4 years, which belongs in a buying decision rather than nowhere at all. Continuity has held and the product has kept growing, so this is not a warning. It is a reason to ask about roadmap and contract terms before signing for 3 years.
Buy ReviewTrackers if your reviews genuinely arrive across many platforms, you have the volume for theme analysis to find patterns, and local SEO is handled elsewhere.
Choose GBPPromote if Google is where your customers search and you want reviews alongside rank tracking, profile optimisation, citations, store locators and web presence at a published per location price.
The deciding question is not which is better. It is where your reviews land, and for most local businesses the honest answer is Google, which makes this an easier decision than any feature table suggests.

Check where your reviews actually come from first
Run a free geo-grid scan and see where your locations rank across their whole catchment. No account, no card. Then count the sources on your last 100 reviews. That 1 number decides whether you need a multi-platform reputation tool or a Google-first platform.
$16 for 1 location, $37 flat for 2 to 7, $5.33 each from 8 up. Reviews, rankings, citations and web presence in 1 price
On the missing star rating. The previous version of this page showed 4 stars in the score box while its own ratings section said no score was given deliberately, and named an invented 4.4 and 4.9 that had been removed. The stars are now gone too, and no rating appears in the schema. Directory listings on G2, Capterra and Software Advice were confirmed, but individual scores were not verified in this pass and are therefore not quoted.
On the ownership dates. InMoment acquired ReviewTrackers in June 2022, and Press Ganey Forsta acquired InMoment in May 2025. Verify both before publishing, because naming 2 acquisitions is a strong claim that needs to be right. Continuity has held so far and the product has kept growing, which is stated in the section itself.
On the pricing. 3 plans and 6 add-ons are published. The widely quoted 89 dollar entry point could not be verified against the live page, so it is not presented as current, and no Offer entries appear in the structured data for the same reason.
On our bias. GBPPromote overlaps with 1 of the 7 areas ReviewTrackers covers. This review states that ReviewTrackers solves multi-platform reputation better than we do, that its NLP theme analysis has no equivalent in our product, and that for a business whose reviews arrive across many sites it is the right purchase.
