Multi-Location Reporting Software
Auto-generate white-label local SEO reports across every location from one dashboard. Google Business Profile performance, geo-grid rankings, reviews, competitors and the work your team actually did, built once, scheduled, and delivered by PDF, email or branded link. For agencies, franchises and multi-location brands.
Quick answer
GBPPromote is multi-location reporting software built for scale, auto-generate white-label local SEO reports across every Google Business Profile, combining GBP performance (calls, views, directions, clicks), geo-grid keyword rankings, reviews, competitor analysis and the work completed.
Build a report once with section toggles, schedule it weekly or monthly, group and compare locations, and deliver by PDF, email or branded share link with full white-label branding. Included at a flat $5.33 per location per month: not gated behind a higher tier, with a 3-day free trial.
Reporting across many locations is where the month disappears. Someone exports numbers from each profile, rebuilds the same deck, and the client still opens it unsure whether anything improved. Then it happens again in four weeks. Multi-location reporting software breaks that loop: one report builder pulls every location’s data into a branded report showing both the work done and the results, then sends itself on schedule.
What is multi-location reporting software?
Multi-location reporting software lets agencies, franchises and brands create Google Business Profile and local SEO reports across many locations from one dashboard, instead of pulling numbers from each profile by hand and rebuilding reports every cycle.
You choose what each report includes, generate per-location and grouped roll-up reports across selected or all locations, brand them as your own, schedule them weekly or monthly, and deliver them however each client prefers. The point isn’t prettier charts. It’s that per-location reporting becomes something you set up once rather than something a person does every month forever.
Why reporting decides whether the work gets credit
Reporting isn’t admin. It’s how results get seen, how clients decide to renew, and how head office spots which locations need help before a franchisee complains. Across a network it also does something a single-location report can’t: it exposes variance. A brand-level average that looks healthy will happily sit on top of six locations that are effectively invisible.
- Hours back: build once, auto-generate every cycle
- The full story, work done and results in the same document
- Location comparison. See who’s improving and who’s slipping
- Client-ready, fully white-labelled, no vendor logo
- Scales cleanly, one reports manager across every account
- Retention, visible progress is what renews contracts
Where the numbers come from: GBP performance data in these reports is pulled from Google’s own Business Profile APIs, not estimated, so the calls, views and direction requests in your client’s report match what the profile owner sees in their own dashboard. Worth saying out loud in a demo, because clients do check.
What makes the reporting worth using
Build it once, section by section
Assemble a report from the parts that matter: executive summary, Google Business Profile performance, keyword rankings, review insights, competitor analysis, content activity and work done. Toggle sections on or off per client: a franchisor wants competitor comparison, a single-brand client usually doesn’t, and neither should have to skip past pages that don’t apply.
Group, roll up, and sort worst-first
Generate reports across selected or all locations from one workflow. See grouped insights by brand, region or franchisee, roll the network into one view, then drill into a single location. The screen that earns its keep is the one that sorts branches by who’s slipping. That’s what turns a report into next month’s action list.
Set the schedule once, reports send themselves
Choose the date window and a weekly or monthly frequency, and reports generate automatically going forward. No rebuilding the same document every cycle, and no month where reporting slipped because someone was on holiday.
Branded as your agency, not ours
Add your logo, business name, website, brand colour and sharing domain so every report is polished and client-ready. Control which sections appear, tailor per client, and keep GBPPromote’s name off the document entirely: the client is buying your work, not your tooling.
PDF, email or link, every client in one place
Send each report the way the client actually reads it: PDF export, email, or a branded public share link. The reports manager lets you filter by status, schedule and client, and generate an instant report when someone asks mid-month: which they will.
Month-over-month vs year-over-year
Most reporting arguments are actually comparison-window arguments. A garden centre down 30% from June to July isn’t failing. It’s July. A tax practice down 60% after April isn’t failing either. Compare those months to the same month last year and the picture inverts.
Reports support both month-over-month and year-over-year comparison, and the useful habit is to pick per client rather than per report template:
- Month-over-month for steady-demand categories, dentists, gyms, legal
- Year-over-year for anything seasonal, hospitality, garden, tax, travel
- Both in the first six months of a new engagement, while there’s no YoY baseline
- Neither, alone, pair either with rank and review trend so one bad month reads in context
The practical reason this matters: a client who sees an unexplained decline once will ask about it every month afterwards. Choosing the right comparison window up front is cheaper than defending the wrong one for a year.
How it compares to the alternatives
Generic BI dashboards and manual decks both work at one location and both fall apart across fifty. Where the differences actually bite:

What goes into a report
Executive summary
The headline story before the detail, so a busy client or regional director gets the point without scrolling.
GBP performance
Calls, views, directions and website clicks per location, straight from Google’s performance data.
Geo-grid rankings
Tracked keyword positions and grid movement, so visibility is shown per area rather than as one number.
Review reporting
Review growth, ratings, reply activity and response time, customer sentiment and team performance together.
Competitor analysis
Who’s ranking above each location and how that changed, which turns a status report into a strategy conversation.
Work done
Optimization updates, posts, photos, offers and replies completed in the period. Proof of effort in a flat month.
Grouping & roll-ups
Per-location and network views grouped by brand, region or franchisee, with side-by-side comparison.
Section toggles
Turn any section off so each report says only what that client needs to read.
White-label branding
Your logo, name, website, colour and sharing domain on every page of every report.
Scheduling
Weekly or monthly with a set date window, generated and sent without anyone remembering to.
PDF, email & link
Three delivery routes because clients genuinely differ on this, and the wrong one doesn’t get opened.
Reports manager
Filter by status, schedule and client, and produce an instant report when someone asks mid-cycle.
What reporting won’t do
Worth being straight about, because overselling reporting is how it ends up distrusted:
- It won’t make a bad month look good. If rankings and calls both fell, the report will show that. What it can do is show the work alongside it, which is a very different conversation from silence.
- It won’t attribute revenue. These are Google Business Profile metrics, calls, directions, clicks. Tying those to closed revenue needs your CRM, not a local SEO report.
- It won’t replace the conversation. An automated report that nobody talks through gets filed unread. The scheduling saves the assembly, not the client call.
- It won’t fix data you don’t own. If a location’s profile access isn’t connected, there’s nothing to report on. That’s the first thing onboarding checks.
Reporting is only as good as what feeds it
Reports here draw on the same connected tools doing the work, which is why the activity section and the results section never disagree:
How it works
- Connect locations. Bring every profile into one workspace. Reporting can only cover what’s connected.
- Choose what goes in. Build from GBP performance, rankings, reviews, competitors, work done and an executive summary.
- Pick the comparison window. Month-over-month or year-over-year, chosen per client rather than by default.
- White-label it. Logo, colour, sharing domain, and section toggles per client.
- Set frequency once. Weekly or monthly with a date window; reports then generate on their own.
- Manage and deliver. Run every account from the reports manager and send by PDF, email or branded link.
Reporting is included, not an upsell
Most platforms put reporting behind a higher tier or charge per report, which quietly penalises exactly the people who need it most, agencies with many small clients. Here it’s part of one flat per-location price alongside reviews, rankings, optimization and management.
- Report builder with section toggles
- GBP performance, rankings, reviews, competitors
- Work done and executive summary
- MoM and YoY comparison
- Multi-location grouping and comparison
- Scheduled weekly / monthly generation
- White-label + PDF, email and branded-link delivery
