One dashboard for every location you run.
Stop opening Google Business Profile one branch at a time. Every location you manage sits on a single screen, with the numbers that matter, a health score for each profile, and a list of what to fix first.

The home screen across 1,000 locations. Visibility, reviews, leads and rating, then what needs fixing, worst first.
A multi location dashboard is one screen that shows how every Google Business Profile you manage is performing, instead of a separate login per branch.
In GBPPromote that screen gives you 4 headline numbers across all locations, a health score per profile, the reviews waiting on a reply, and a worst-first list of what to fix. You can filter to one branch, a region, or the whole account.

Last 7, 30 or 90 days, or a custom range, with the period before it for comparison.

The same data as a report you can send.
The dashboard is for you. The report is for whoever asks you how it is going.

Every location in one report, this period against the one before, with your own logo on it.
Built for anyone running more than a handful of profiles.
The dashboard is the front of the whole platform.
It does not collect anything new. It shows what these tools already track.
Questions about the dashboard.
What is a multi location dashboard?
It is one screen that shows how every Google Business Profile you manage is performing, instead of opening each listing on its own. You get the headline numbers across all locations, a score for each profile, and a list of what needs fixing.
How many locations can it handle?
There is no cap and no minimum. The same dashboard serves 1 location or 1,000, and you can filter it to a single branch, a group or a region.
How fresh is the data?
Review and performance data follows what Google returns for each location. Map rank data follows the scan schedule, which is weekly by default. The dashboard shows when each location was last checked.
Can I see a single location on its own?
Yes. Click any branch and you get that listing by itself, with its own score, average rank, review rating, geo grid and a list of what to fix there.
Can my team use it without seeing everything?
Yes. Regional managers can be limited to their own branches, and branch staff can be set to draft only, with head office approving. Seats are unlimited.
Can I put my own brand on it?
Yes. White label is included on every plan, so the dashboard and the reports carry your logo and name rather than ours.
Does it cost extra?
No. The dashboard is part of every plan. There is no reporting tier and no per-seat charge.
See your own locations on one screen.
Connect the Google account that owns your profiles and the dashboard fills itself. Most accounts are done in a few minutes.
