LocalSEOBot Review 2026: Features, Pricing, Pros and Cons
A done for you local SEO service for trades and single site practices. Here is what the team actually does each month, what it costs once you have more than 1 location, and the jobs it was never built for.

What LocalSEOBot is
LocalSEOBot sells local SEO as a managed service rather than as a tool you operate. Its own words are that it does your local SEO every day and places premium citations by hand.
The work it lists is Google Business Profile posts 3 times a week, AI replies to reviews, monthly profile audits with automatic fixes, weekly Google Maps rank scans across 49 points, and citation building.
It is a young company. It trades as Local SEO Bot LLC out of Columbus, Ohio, and the domain was only registered in October 2025, so there is not much history to judge it on yet.
It is built around trades and local practices. The site organises its guides by industry: plumbers, HVAC, dentists, roofers, electricians, landscapers, auto repair and chiropractors. There is a white label dashboard for agencies on their own domain.
The main features
Everything below is listed by LocalSEOBot on its own site. Where something is promised but not live yet, it says so.
Google Business Profile posts, 3 times a week
Posts are written and published for you on a schedule. You are not drafting them and you are not approving them one by one, which is the point and also the catch.
The 30 day guarantee, and what the terms actually say
The marketing promise is plain: if your map rankings have not gone up within 30 days, email them and you get your money back. The Terms of Service read differently. They say fees are billed in advance and are non refundable except as expressly stated, that cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and that no specific rankings or results are guaranteed except under the terms of a written guarantee. That written guarantee document is not published anywhere on the site. Ask for it in writing before you rely on it.
AI replies to reviews
Replies are drafted by AI. On Foundation you can opt in to auto answering your 4 and 5 star reviews, so those go out without anyone reading them first.
Weekly Google Maps rank scans
A grid of 49 points around the business, run weekly or on demand, shown as a heat map. Growth doubles the coverage area and the keywords tracked.
Monthly profile audit with automatic fixes
The profile is checked every month and some problems are corrected without you doing anything.
Citations, and the part that is actually different
500 plus automated citations in the first month, then 5 premium listings placed by hand every month on Foundation and 10 on Growth. You get the login to each one, which matters if you ever leave.
Review generation
A review landing page and a QR code to hand to customers, a widget for your website, and review velocity tracking. Growth adds 250 review request emails a month.
AI visibility tracking
On Growth only. Tracks how ChatGPT and Google AI answer for your business.
Listings management
On Growth only. Business details synced across directories like Waze, Apple Maps and Bing, with duplicate listings found and flagged for cleanup.
White label for agencies
The whole dashboard under your brand on your own domain, so clients see you rather than LocalSEOBot.
What LocalSEOBot costs
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Foundation | $99 per location per month | GBP posts 3 times a week, AI review replies, weekly map rank scans, monthly audit with auto fixes, 500+ automated citations in month 1, 5 hand placed premium citations a month, review landing page and QR code, review widget, monthly reporting, local schema |
| Growth | $199 per location per month | Everything in Foundation, plus 10 hand placed premium citations a month, double the map scan coverage, 250 review request emails a month, AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT and Google AI, and listings management with duplicate listings flagged |
| Pro | $399 per location per month | Shown on the agency pricing page rather than the main one. Worth asking about if you are reselling, because the agency and self serve pages do not list identical inclusions |
Prices are per location per month as published on the LocalSEOBot pricing page on 29 September 2026. Social posting to Facebook and Instagram is listed on the Foundation plan as coming soon rather than live.
Paying annually saves up to 21%. The per location rate drops at 5 and at 15 locations on Growth. 3 day free trial, no contract, with a 30 day money back guarantee.
Pros and cons
Good
- Published price, so you can work out the cost before talking to anyone
- Citations placed by hand each month, and you get the login to every one
- The work is done for you, which suits an owner with no time
- Weekly map scans across 49 points are included rather than an add on
- 3 day trial and a 30 day money back guarantee
- White label dashboard for agencies on their own domain
Not so good
- Priced per location per month, so a network gets expensive quickly
- You are buying labour as much as software, so you control less of it
- Built around single location trades rather than multi location brands
- No third party rating anywhere to check the service against
- Social posting to Facebook and Instagram is listed as coming soon
Who it suits, and who needs more
The clearest fit is an owner operator with 1 location who knows local SEO matters and is never going to do it. A plumber, a dentist, a roofer. The industry guides on the site are organised exactly that way, and the product is built around that person.
The second fit is a small agency that wants to resell. The white label dashboard sits on your domain and the hand placed citations are work you would otherwise have to do or subcontract.
The hand placed citations are the genuinely differentiated part. Most tools in this price range either skip citations or submit them automatically to whatever will take them. Placing 5 to 10 good ones a month, and handing over the logins, is a real service rather than a feature bullet.
Who needs more than this. Anyone past roughly 5 locations, and everyone past 99. The site states a ceiling of up to 99 locations on a single plan, so a larger network cannot use it as sold. At $99 to $199 per location per month the bill scales linearly while the work does not, and you still do not get the per location permissions, approval workflow and network level reporting a brand needs. That is a software problem rather than a service one.
LocalSEOBot against GBPPromote
| LocalSEOBot | GBPPromote | |
|---|---|---|
| Model | Done for you service | Software your team runs |
| Price | $99 to $199 per location per month | From $5.33 per location per month |
| Free trial | 3 days, plus 30 day money back | 3 days, no card |
| Approval before publishing | Not offered, and 4 to 5 star replies can auto send | Full edit, edit into draft for approval, or read only, set per location |
| Bulk editing | Not published | 23 profile fields across any number of locations |
| Rank tracking | 49 point weekly scan, double on Growth | Geo-grid scan per location with a visibility score out of 100 |
| AI visibility | ChatGPT and Google AI, on Growth only | 6 engines on every plan |
| Citations | 500+ automated, then 5 to 10 placed by hand monthly | Citation gap checking, not a placement service |
| Third party rating | Not found | Not found |
The honest comparison is not feature by feature, because they are not the same kind of product. LocalSEOBot sells labour. GBPPromote sells software. If you have 1 location and no time, labour is the right purchase and $99 a month is a fair price for it.
The comparison starts to matter around 5 locations, and it is decisive by 20. At 20 locations LocalSEOBot is $1,980 to $3,980 a month. The same 20 locations on GBPPromote sit in the per location tier that starts at $5.33. You do the posting and the replying, but you do it in bulk, with an approval step, and with reporting per location, per region or per franchisee.
One thing GBPPromote does not do is place citations by hand. It checks where citations are missing. If hand placement is the reason you are looking at LocalSEOBot, that is a real difference and it is worth paying for.
Final verdict
LocalSEOBot is a straightforward, fairly priced managed service for a single location business. It publishes its price, gives you 3 days to try it and 30 days to change your mind, and the hand placed citations are work that genuinely does not happen on its own.
The things to go in with your eyes open about: there is no independent rating anywhere, the 4.9 out of 5 on the pricing page is the company’s own number, auto answering 4 and 5 star reviews means replies going out unread, and social posting is still listed as coming soon.
If you have 1 location and no time, it is a reasonable buy. If you have a network, you are paying a per location service fee for a job that software does across all of them at once.
