Google is currently testing a new Services Summary box inside the reviews section of business listings.
Usually, Google collects service-related details from both business owners and reviewers, like price range, service quality, or professionalism. But this new review box looks a bit different from what we have seen before. Whatever that box ends up showing is built from what reviewers write, and some fields need a careful ask. Review examples for therapists show one of them.
SEO Mada first spotted this update on X, who shared a screenshot and wrote, “Google reviews is inserting this Service section, and I’m pretty sure it’s inserting the ‘Great Price | $100-200.’”
I'm not sure if you've seen this. Google reviews is inserting this Service section, and I am pretty sure it's inserting the "Great Price | $100-200. Now, if you follow Merlino, you will know why this is important, but I'll let you speculate. pic.twitter.com/aJGqMDhP6U

Many well-known local SEO experts, including Mike Blumenthal and Tim Capper, agreed that it appears to be new.
However, Joy Hawkins explained in her post on Sterling Sky that while these service attributes are not completely new, Google might now be expanding them to more categories that did not show them before.

So, while the concept is not brand-new, something about this review summary box feels refreshed or extended. It may give users a quick look at important service details like pricing and value before choosing a business.
