Google has officially launched a new update for the Google Posts creation tool inside Google Business Profiles. This refreshed version is now live as of late Friday and brings a simpler, more user-friendly experience for businesses that use Google Posts to connect with customers.
The update was announced by Lisa Landsman from Google on LinkedIn. She shared that the Google Posts tool has received a complete makeover to make it easier to create, manage, and track posts.

Here is a GIF she shared of the new interface:

Here’s what’s new in the Google Posts tool:
- New Centralized Posts Hub
The old “Add Update” button is now replaced with a central management screen. You can see all your posts in one place and manage them easily. - Simplified Post Creation Process
Creating a post is now done through a single, easy-to-use dialog box. From here, you can quickly make updates, events, or offers without switching screens. - Improved Post Management View
You can now view important details for each post like the date it was created, the status, and the type of post. This helps you keep better track and make updates when needed. - Visual Enhancements
Google also introduced small design changes to make the tool look cleaner and easier to navigate.
These updates had been tested earlier, but now the refreshed tool is fully available to all users.
This refresh makes it easier for businesses to keep their Google Business Profiles active, post updates more often, and manage content with less effort. It is a helpful change for anyone using Google to connect with customers online.
