For the past week, many local SEOs and business owners have reported a strange issue. Their Google Business Profile admin panel, also called NMX, is not appearing when they search for their business on Google Search. This problem is not affecting everyone. Some users can see the panel normally, while others see nothing at all. A missing panel is not the same as a missing listing. If the business itself is gone from search, the causes are different, and why your business is not showing goes through them.
Normally, when you search for my business while logged into the correct Google Business Profile account, your business should appear and allow you to manage it. But right now, several users say their profiles simply do not show up.
A number of complaints have already appeared on the Google Business Profiles Help forums and also on the Local Search Forum.
Gold Google Business Profile Product Expert Ayman Ali confirmed that the issue is real. He shared that the Google team is already working on a fix and wrote, “Google is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.”

Workarounds You Can Try
Until Google fully resolves the problem, you can follow a few alternate ways to access and manage your profile:
1. Use the direct business management link
Go to https://business.google.com/en-all/business-profile/ and click the sign-in button. This should help you access your profile directly.
2. Manage using Google Maps
You can manage your business through the Google Maps app or the web version.
On mobile:
Open the Google Maps app, tap Business at the bottom right, tap Edit profile, make your changes, and tap Save.
3. Try the main GBP dashboard
Visit https://business.google.com/ and manage your profile from there.
Final Note
Google is actively working on a fix, so this issue should be resolved soon. Until then, these workarounds will help you stay in control of your Google Business Profile.
