Google has updated its Google Business Profile help documentation and added a new section about offer data under “Understand available performance metrics.”
This new section explains that businesses may soon be able to see how many times customers viewed their offers and how many times they clicked on them from their Business Profile.
The update was spotted by Hiroko Imai, who shared it on LinkedIn. He pointed out that Google Business Profile’s help page “Understand your Business Profile performance” now includes documentation related to Offers data.

Right now, this data does not appear to be available for most businesses. So, even though Google has added the documentation, the actual Offer performance metrics may still be in the early rollout stage.
As a result, business owners and local SEO professionals should keep an eye on their Google Business Profile performance section for future updates.
This could become a useful feature for businesses that regularly publish offers, because it may help them understand how people are interacting with those promotions on Google Search and Maps.
